You may return your Eyelune eye massager within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, with its original packaging and all included accessories, such as the charging cable.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at martinivanov1070@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back using the label we provide.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by emailing us. Once your order has shipped, please follow the return process above.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items returned after 30 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund.
